CMS ligero para la gestión de usuarios basada en roles

I'm in the planning stages of a website that, for the time being, has no content to manage. It does, however, require a role-based management (Full Admin > Group Admin > Standard User). I'm trying to determine if there is anything that I could use to handle the user management aspects, such as creating users, resetting passwords, etc, but only use the user objects throughout the rest of the site (which is pretty basic).

My other option would be to build my own interface for an existing ACL library, which I'm certainly not opposed to.

I obviously don't want to get a Lamborghini just to drive down the block, but I also don't want to spend the time building out something that already exists and is usable.

Check out PHP UserClass: http://phpuserclass.com/ It seems to be similar to what you're looking for.

This looks like it provides the object, but not an interface to utilize the administrative tasks associated with managing users. I'll check it out in more detail if I end up building an interface from scratch. Thanks. - Alec Sanger

I actually ended up going a different rout. I didn't need a full CMS because everything was so customized, so I ended up using this: http://codecanyon.net/item/php-login-user-management/full_screen_preview/49008

It's definitely got some weird things about it - strange structures and such, but it was a great starting point.
