Instalación de Ruby 1.9.3 en OSX 10.7.3 con RVM (cometer error)

He estado intentando instalar Ruby a través de rvm en mi Mac (OSX 10.7.3, con XCode 4.3.1) durante 2 días... Recibo un "error al ejecutar make" cada vez que lo intento. Pude ver que muchas personas se han encontrado con el mismo problema, pero hasta ahora lo que les ha funcionado a ellos no me ha funcionado a mí (instalar GCC, actualizar Xcode, correcciones relacionadas con readline, etc.).
