Ocultar la página de 'inicio' predeterminada de Wordpress de la navegación

Quiero ocultar la página de inicio predeterminada de Wordpress de la navegación de mi sitio web

http://www.dawaf.co.uk/es/portraits

Estoy usando Twenty Eleven como tema principal, pero me preguntaba si era posible hacerlo usando CSS en lugar de editar el archivo header.php, que no parece funcionar cuando elimino cualquier referencia a "inicio".

Your header.php is loading the menu dynamically from the Wordpress dashboard. Edit the menu here: Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
